At PetSett, we are committed to delivering your pet supplies quickly and reliably, while also ensuring a straightforward and hassle-free returns process. Below you'll find all the information you need regarding shipping, tracking, returns, and exchanges.

Delivery Information

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    Please note that processing time for orders is 1-2 business days.

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 10-20 business days, depending on the destination.
    Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and customs delays.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on our "Order Tracking" page to keep an eye on your shipment's progress.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:
We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons, including opened food, customized products, and perishable goods.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Enter your order number and email address to start the process.
  3. Follow the instructions provided to ship your item back to us.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. You'll be notified via email when your refund has been issued.

Exchanges:
For exchanges, please follow the return process for the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@petsett.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritize resolving the issue, whether that means sending a replacement item or issuing a refund.
