PetSett Product Returns

We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and you may need to return a product. At PetSett, we aim to make the returns process as easy and straightforward as possible. Here's everything you need to know about returning a product to us.

Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including opened food and treats, custom-made products, and perishable goods.

How to Return a Product

  1. Initiate Your Return: Visit our Returns Center on the PetSett website and enter your order number and email address to start the return process.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible. Include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories.
  3. Ship Your Return: Follow the instructions provided in the Returns Center to print out a shipping label and drop off your package at the designated shipping carrier's location.
    • Please note that return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged or incorrect item.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item using the process outlined above and place a new order for the item you'd like instead. This ensures the fastest processing and delivery of your new item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@petsett.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritize resolving this issue for you, either by sending a replacement or processing a refund.
